Our Office

TRIP Notarissen is the oldest notary office in Almere. We are a medium-sized, modern office with a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Naturally, there is sufficient room to discuss your matters in complete privacy.

TRIP Notarissen is happy to help you in performing the common notarial services such as the notarial property transfer of a house or business premises, or the setting up and passing of a mortgage deed, cohabitation agreement, prenuptial agreement or a will. In addition, our notaries in Almere can assist you in various business matters, such as setting up a private company, public limited company or foundation, carrying out a merger or a split, or arranging the transfer of shares. Furthermore, we are specialised in particular legal areas such as estate planning, mediation, complex real estate transactions and ship mortgages.

CENTRALLY LOCATED AND EASILY ACCESSIBLE

TRIP is centrally located on Willem Dreesweg 2, in the immediate vicinity of the business centre of Almere City. The office is easily accessible by both public and private transport. The notary office in Almere is five minutes’ walking distance from the Central Station and there is sufficient free parking available.
